In-Season Training Program for Mountain Athletes

Built by Ana Eyssimont (Professional Skier, Fitness Coach, and Yoga Instructor) in partnership with Jayme Hoberg (Personal Trainer, Reiki Master, and Studying Acupuncturist), designed for anyone who moves in the mountains.

Fall Line is not another generic “ski legs” circuit or a random stack of "upper body" vs. "lower body" or "push" vs. "pull" workouts. It’s a unique, intuitive, in-season performance system designed to keep mountain athletes stable, mobile, and durable all season long.

This program blends the foundation real mountain movement require:

Mobility → Stability → Complex Strength → Rest → Flexibility/PreHab → Rest → Repeat

Unlike traditional training plans, Fall Line adapts to you and your "on mountain" days, your fatigue, your schedule, and your lifestyle. You don’t follow it day 1, day 2, day 3. Instead, your time in the mountains tells you where to re-enter the cycle.

If you ski, run, bike, climb, or move in the mountains, this program lets your mountain days be your strength and athletic days, and everything in between becomes the structured work that keeps your joints healthy, your nervous system sharp, and your performance consistent.

How It Works

After every mountain day, you reset to Mobility, the session that restores range, clears tension, and protects your joints.

If you ski/bike/run, again before you finish the full cycle?

You return to Mobility and start rolling forward again.
